Following the exit Perlman-Roque from the McDonalds distribution supply chain, Perlman-Roque put four distribution centers up for sale.

Golden State Foods, the largest liquid supplier and third largest beef supplier for McDonalds, has announced that they will purchase two facilities from Perlman-Roque.

The facilities are located in Lemont, Illinois and Whitewater, Wisconsin. Once the purchase is complete Golden State Foods will own a total of 12 distribution centers. Golden State Foods hopes that the acquisition will increase their revenue from $3 billion to $3.5 billion as a result of the added capacity. McDonalds currently makes up about seventy percent of Golden State Foods Business.
